Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, resolving any billing discrepancies, and managing customer accounts. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining financial stability and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately and ensure timely resolution of any issues or discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing-related issues and improve overall billing process efficiency
• Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Respond to customer inquiries related to payment status and account balances

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
