Automotive Service Manager - General

The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates, and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.

Job Requirements / Skills / Experience:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls
* Proven organizational skills.
* Client contact experience
* Business planning abilities
* Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.
