Position Overview

As a BCBA Therapist , you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing personalized treatment plans to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. Working closely with families, clinicians, and therapists, you will ensure that client care meets the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral strategies, and support plans.
  • Develop new programs and make adjustments to current treatment plans as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and support clinicians and therapists in all company policies and ABA best practices.
  • Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and funding sources to monitor client progress and address needs.
  • Maintain billable caseload hours while managing supervisory responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical and ethical guidelines in ABA therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to manage changing client needs and schedules.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree with completion of ABA coursework.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) are required.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus and can lead to increased base pay.
  • Aptitude for higher-level management tasks when required.
