MISSION: Your unique mission as our New Patient Concierge will be to enhance the patient journey by providing empathetic and effective communication, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless transitions through consultations and care plans. You'll play a vital role in increasing patient satisfaction, conversion rates, and adherence to care and payment plans.
RESULTS TO BE GENERATED: Your success will be measured by increased patient satisfaction scores, heightened new patient conversion rates, and improved compliance with care and payment plans. Your work will directly contribute to our patients' wellbeing and the success of our clinic.
SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate for this role is a natural connector who excels at establishing rapport and building relationships. They are detail-oriented, have strong communication and persuasion skills, and are able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. They possess strong problem-solving abilities and have a basic understanding of financial processes.
You will be responsible for conducting new patient consultations, performing X-Rays and Exams, recaps, assisting with reports, recommendations, managing patient relationships, overseeing care and payment plans, and encouraging compliance. Your role is pivotal in shaping the patient experience from the moment they step into our clinic.
*** Chiropractic X-Ray Certification not required, but preferred. We will provide certification courses if not certified**
Duties also include:
-handling patient insurance
-answering multi-line phone systems
-checking patients in and out of the office
-patient experience master, and motivator
-supporting DC in therapies and room flow
-collecting payments and scheduling appointments
