At WK Solutions, we are looking to expand our team by adding a brand ambassador who can make a lasting imprint on our clients' brands. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most popular brands globally and help increase brand awareness. You will have a chance to work within a team environment and collaborate with top Brand Ambassadors on how to provide more light to the products and services offered. This will also allow you to embrace your creative abilities by successfully marketing the products and services to new and existing customers. 

At WK Solutions, we want to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction and continue to expand our customer base. We are seeking out a Brand Ambassador who will be committed to developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating on new brand awareness approaches. 

Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Promote products and services directly to customers 
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns 
• Have a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the company and be able to provide customers with information effectively 
• Engage in weekly collaborative meetings with the team to share new ideas 
• Conduct market research to effectively understand the customers you are working directly with regularly 
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities for the company 

Brand Ambassador Qualifications: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Creativity when it comes to solving problems and adapting to new innovative solutions 
• Outgoing personality to work directly with our customers daily
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and face new challenges with a positive approach 
• Critical thinking skills to ensure better communication with customers, coworkers, and management
