- Type: Contract

- Location: Puget Sounds, WA

- Workplace: On-site, with potential for hybrid work in key projects

- Duration: ASAP to June 30th, 2024, with strong potential for extension

3. Summary of the opportunity

- Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in gaming and entertainment.

- Role Summary: As a Business Manager, your main objective will be to ensure effective business operating rhythm, oversee operational excellence, and support key planning activities. Your role is crucial in tracking and measuring key performance indicators and critical milestones.

4. What are the key responsibilities?

- Supports day-to-day internal operations and planning.

- Maintains the team's document organization system, including SharePoint, and facilitates clear communication within the team and with key stakeholders.

- Collaborates with partners and Microsoft teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategy plans.

- Builds relationships with business and technical decision-makers across lines of business.

- Plans and facilitates leadership staff meetings and strategy planning sessions.

- Contributes to cross-team projects during periods of change.

- Gathers information for reporting and storytelling to drive clarity and articulate strategies.

- Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to support team accountability.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, administration, management, liberal arts, or computer science.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business communications, agility, and business acumen.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience helping set up a senior executive's office, creating new processes and organizational structures.

- Ability to navigate and implement organizational structures effectively.

- Demonstrated adaptability and broad understanding of executive needs.
