Work Location:
This hybrid position allows you to work from either our West Palm Beach, FL, or Atlanta, GA office, with a blend of remote and in-office work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data across manufacturing processes, sales, finance, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.

Process Enhancement:

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and assess their impact.

Strategic Contribution:

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
• Assist in the creation and evaluation of business strategies and forecasts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Present complex data in a clear, actionable format tailored for decision-makers.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CBAP) are an advantage.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools like QuickSight.
• Ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
