Job Description

Eminence Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Perkasie, PA. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide direct care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, daily activities, medication management, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication and assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Document and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate personnel
• Monday- Friday 8:30- 4:30pm
• $14/ hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
