We are representing one of our client - A major player in the hospitality and entertainment sector, operating in a highly regulated environment. It demands a strong financial leader to ensure operational efficiency, financial stability, and compliance with industry regulation

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Directs and oversees the internal accounting processes and systems, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, in accordance with GAAP, and timely. This includes detailed reporting for internal purposes and monthly top-level financial statements to Corporate.
• Financial Strategy and Planning: Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
• Financial Operations: Accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Leadership and Management: Overseeing financial teams, developing talent, and driving performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to gaming regulations, GAAP, and other relevant laws.
• Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of related experience with more than 5 years of progressive experience as a senior financial leader/executive is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major is required.
• CPA license is a MUST.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

• Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with the Nevada Gaming Board and Alcohol Awareness Card.
