Position Overview

The Client Experience Training Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs and developing a custom plan to implement training for Client Experience Coordinators at all levels. Provides support to Client Experience Coordinators (CEC) and enhances local office knowledge and efficiencies. Works under general supervision.

Job Duties

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions*):

• Provide customized CEC new hire training and onboarding.*
• Train or instruct CECs at all levels in job duties or company polices utilizing self-paced, virtual, and/or in-person training format.*
• Primary contact for questions and clarifications related to CEC daily responsibilities.*
• Travel within and outside the Market as necessary.*
• Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems.
• Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff.
• Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
• Provide written reports to local and regional management following office visits and/or virtual training.*
• Assist with CEC interviews for new hires.*
• Assist with Production Sales Report accuracy.*
• Encourage teamwork through interaction and collaboration with CECs in the Market.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs.*
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. *
• Provide support to offices during CEC absences.*
• Maintain contact lists, training documentation, and job aids as needed.*
• Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Required: 2 years of experience as a Client Experience Coordinator
• Required: Valid Driver’s License
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
• Preferred: Knowledge of instructional design
• Customer relationship management (CRM) software and SAP experience
• Working knowledge of Qlik Analytics
