How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
The Clinical Referral Specialist will ensure timely on-site response, assessment, and evaluation of potential organ donors. Interacts with hospital staff to set-up optimal family approach process. Assess with the medical staff the care plan, neurological & hemodynamic status, and family communication plan. Evaluates donor designation, hemodilution and ABO confirmation. Reviews all assessments with the MOC and requests labs per LifeNet Health and hospital protocol. Requests appropriate medical interventions with the guidance of the MOC. Obtains appropriate blood specimens for serological and HLA testing. Communicates with outside agencies to facilitate laboratory testing.

SALARY: $24.64 - $32.85/hour
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $24.64 (entry-level qualifications) - $32.85 (experienced in this role) *.
*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
