We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Estimating experience. We need someone with a strong Civil Construction background, Earthworks and Utility Construction experience, Estimating large and small municipal and Commercial Construction projects.

What You will do as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator:
· Civil construction, dirt work/Earthworks projects, surface, man hours, concrete estimating knowledge
· Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to projects
· Review specifications, drawings to determine scope of work and estimate
· Preparation of bid schedules of projects being estimated
· Estimate civil projects throughout several States
· Make recommendations based on cost, engineering quality and material availability
What You will Need a Construction Project Manager/Estimator:
· 5 or more years of relevant experience
· Experience in Civil Construction
· Utilities Construction
· Strong Project Management experience
· Construction Estimating experience is a requirement
· HCSS or B2W software knowledge a plus
