Contract Administration Specialist  

 

Job Brief 

The primary function of the Contract Administration Specialist is to facilitate the contract bidding process, create contracts between our clients and the construction vendors, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure timelines are met. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this position. 

Responsibilities 

• Creation of the contract(s) and amendments using the appropriate format 

• Facilitating the Quality Assurance reviews utilizing the established Contract Review Checklist through multiple levels of review 

• Acquiring PE approval, signature, and stamp for the appropriate jurisdiction 

• Prepare all bidding documents, oversee the entire bid process including the creation of pre-bid notes, facilitate bid openings, tabulate bids, and distribute results to the appropriate parties. Manage the bid opening and notification of bid awards according to applicable requirements. 

• Completion of the Contract for the awarded or negotiated contractor and acquiring all necessary signatures and approvals 

• Creation and processing of Unit Price Requests or Contract Amendments as required 

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions 

• Maintaining organized records of all contracts and related documents 

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Preferred Skills: 

• Telecom experience; 

• Experience with legal contracts, paralegal work, and contractual language; 

Required: 

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; 

• Detail and Results Oriented; 

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills; 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively; 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
