Job Summary:

The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality of design and content creation. This role requires a blend of design expertise, web design skills, 3D modeling proficiency, and the ability to create compelling still and video content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a leader who can inspire and manage freelance creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage freelance creative professionals, providing guidance and support to designers, web developers, and content creators.

· Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, ensuring alignment with our client’s brans and vision.

· Oversee the design process, from initial concept through final execution, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.

· Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, incorporating new ideas and innovations into creative processes.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.

· Conduct regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Help develop new client pitch decks, ensuring the highest quality visual presentation of our teams’ concepts and ideas.

· Direct and execute a strategic creative strategy for agency’s social media, LinkedIn, web presence and brand identity

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5 years post graduate experience in a creative role.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including web design, 3D modeling, and content creation.

· Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling tools (Blender, 3ds Max, or similar), and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

· Proficiency in web design and development, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions effectively.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.

· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the restaurant marketing industry.

· Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing.
