Are you detail-oriented and looking for an opportunity to showcase your data entry skills? We are seeking two remote Data Entry Specialists to join our team on a 6-8 week contract for a healthcare project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, values confidentiality, and is comfortable handling medical data.

Key Responsibilities:
Carefully review and process a large volume of medical evaluations
Enter data accurately into an existing database
Communicate effectively with internal team members
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Accurately interpret and input medical terminology from evaluations
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics for data entry tasks
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software
Experience with medical terminology or the ability to understand and decipher it
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with medical shorthand or medical evaluations
Excellent communication skills, especially via email, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, temporary role
Schedule:
Start Date: Monday, November 4th
Duration: 6-8 weeks (contract)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Choose from: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
