Telework Information: This position is eligible for hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Do you want to work as a software data modeler? The Information Management unit in the Technology, Information, & Business Advancement section is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I) to be part of our myCalPERS Data Modeling team. As a member of the Data Modeling team, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that supports the myCalPERS application, ensure data modeling standards and best practices are followed, maintained, and publish data dictionaries, and bring together different groups of IT professionals around the CalPERS mission.

Minimum Qualifications

All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position. • Ability to learn the data model of the myCalPERS application
• Ability to associate CalPERS business processes with the myCalPERS data model
• Experience working with software developers
• Experience working with business analysts on software application
• Experience working with software solution architects
