This role works in collaboration with internal and external partners who specialize in Digital Analytics, Audience & Data Strategy, Content Strategy, and Marketing IT. As Digital Performance Media Lead you’ll keep Kimberly-Clark on the leading edge of world class marketers who leverage audience data signals to deliver our brands a competitive advantage.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead test & learn strategy, innovation/product roadmap development, and execution of US DSP (TTD, Amazon, DV360), Ad Verification (IAS), and AdServer (Campaign Manager) partnerships establishing platform best-practice, new technology application, and enhanced media productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly assess our SSP & Publisher partnership strategy. Partner with Kimberly-Clark global media/procurement to recommend direct vs. agency contracts as appropriate

  • Build competency and inclusion of campaign orchestration with/without retail extension into overarching campaign processes internally and with our media agency.
  • Generate future-forward vision & plan for programmatic targeting and measurement considering the diminishment of the cookie, increase in walled-gardens, and expansion of retail media data inclusive of necessary integrations and partnerships.
  • Leverage advanced digital data sets from AdVerification, Ad Server, and DSP partners to identify performance insights, optimizations, and best practice
  • Lead upskilling of strategic deployment digital planning/buying in-housing capabilities in partnership with the global team
  • Enact digital media fundamentals by rolling out high standards for media and ad operations (e.g. Naming conventions protocols being operationalized; baseline expectations for campaign management – financial processes, optimization expectations)
  • Develop proactive recommendations to leverage existing or improve the US Digital Mar Technology and Ad Tech integrations to enhance US media productivity.
