You’ll scale paid search, paid social, and paid display, PPC/pay-per-click, and programmatic campaigns that drive acquisition and build brand awareness, collaborate with business stakeholders and analyze results to further optimize performance. This team is on the leading cutting edge of technical paid media innovation around personalization, automation, and audience segmentation.

What Winning Looks Like:     

• Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaigns.
• Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting and strategic bidding strategies.
• Work closely with design and writing teams to create and optimize world-class ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders via excel spreadsheets/pivot tables, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders as well as collaborate on whole processes with content strategists, writers and editors (you’re not working in a silo alone)

Skills Needed to Win:     

• 2+ years of experience managing $30K+ in monthly paid spend across several platforms 
• Experience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or FB Ads/Meta Ads
• Creative analytical thinker with testing experience 
• Currently leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day role is preferred, but not required
• Lead gen experience is preferred, but not required
• App promotion experience is preferred, but not required

$65,000 - $90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
