Job Description

We're looking for a superstar Dispatcher to join our team in Woodland, CA! In this role, you'll be the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly. You'll wear many hats, from managing multiple projects and tasks to providing administrative support for the project management team.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:
Be our organizational guru - manage project schedules, tasks, and deadlines using Google Sheets and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Mastermind communication - keep everyone informed with clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Embrace technology - you'll be our tech whiz, ensuring smooth operation of our computer systems.
Time management maestro - juggle multiple projects while staying on top of your deadlines.

We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years of experience supporting a project management team.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possesses excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Is a computer and technical whiz with proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.

Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a similar industry.
A positive and can-do attitude.

The Schedule:
We offer a variety of shift options to fit your needs, including 7 am - 3:30 pm, 8:30 am - 5 pm, and 10:30 am - 7 pm. Plus, there's a remote on-call shift about once every 4-6 weeks.
