Job Title – eDiscovery Analyst

Salary – $85k

Job Summary of the eDiscovery Analyst position
Integr8staff seeks a solution driven and detail-oriented eDiscovery Analyst for a legal firm in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Analyst position
Conduct eDiscovery tasks related to all parts of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model or EDRM—including collecting, processing, extracting, converting, manipulating, and producing eDiscovery data utilizing eDiscovery software and forensic tools.
Collaborate with eDiscovery Manager to provide case team with optimal technology solutions (like analytics) for the collection and manipulation of data.
Draft basic search syntax and consult with attorneys as necessary to identify pertinent documents.
Generate and analyze processing reports and review exceptions
Prepare and perform quality check (QC) of document productions
Accumulate, manage and summarize document review statistics and metrics
Assist with database setup (review stages, batching, coding layouts, etc.) and archiving
Assist with project files including preparing both internal and external memoranda as appropriate (as it relates to ongoing eDiscovery projects)
Support vendor management, including ensuring deliverables meet requested specifications and are delivered on schedule and budget
Perform other assigned duties and projects as needed.

Requirements of the eDiscovery Analyst position
3+ years of eDiscovery experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Skilled in case management and eDiscovery applications like Relativity or DISCO.
Strong experience and use of Microsoft Excel for overlays
High-level analytical, documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with eDiscovery team, case team and service providers.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive solutions-oriented approach to dealing with multiple projects with very strict deadlines
