This position is ideal for a focused & motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is ready to execute a positive buying experience for our customers. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and texting in a professional manner
  • Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Handle incoming phone leads
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Team player attitude
  • Must have strong typing skills
  • At least one previous role in the customer service industry
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance automotive sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
  • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
