Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Planner to join our team in Beaumont, CA. As a Facilities Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are efficiently designed and maintained to meet the needs of our operations. Responsibilities

Develop and implement facility plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct space utilization studies and analyze facility needs to optimize layouts.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Manage facility-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including floor plans and facility reports.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Assist in the development of facility management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities planning or management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of building systems, space planning, and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
