Job Summary

Working as a Catering Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
• Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
• Manages time clock compliance, payroll, ordering, staffing, and people management for a staff of up to 50 individuals
• Maintains quality control and upkeep on all equipment, smallwares, and warehouse spaces
• Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all spaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
• Two to four years high volume catering experience preferably in a sports and entertainment environment is preferred
• Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
• ServSafe Certified preferred
