Laserfiche is seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team at Laserfiche. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining our corporate websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, high-performing, and responsive. This role requires strong programming skills and a deep understanding of modern web application functionality and design to drive lead generation and improve analytics.

Location: 

• Three days/week work from office – Long Beach
• Work from home on Mondays and Fridays

About Role - Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites using a custom theme.
• Design website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• Design and implement new features and functionality blocks for WordPress content creators.
• Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website design with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Optimize web properties for improved lead capture and user experience based on analytic data.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• Maintain and update website properties for Laserfiche within various marketing tools/platforms including:
  • WordPress hosted on Pantheon
  • Pardot: create/update landing pages and templates to drive and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • CVENT: optimize event pages to increase registration and engagement rates.
  • ON24: manage webinar registration pages and attendee consoles to maximize attendee engagement.
  • Google Analytics: monitor web engagement data to understand trends and identify areas for optimization.
  • OneTrust: configure website cookie consent banners, scripts, and geo-logic based on changing data privacy regulations.
  • CrazyEgg: optimize website based on heat mapping and A/B test results.
• Solve issues arising from cross-platform needs using JavaScript and other tools.
• Ensure web optimization to prevent SEO penalties or user experience disruption due to slow loading pages.
• Contribute to A/B Testing and make optimizations to the site.

About You - Essential Qualifications:

• Experience creating custom WordPress themes.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in setting up tests/making suggestions for A/B testing based on UI/UX experience.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Experience in the B2B space.
• Motion Graphic experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to solve cross-platform issues using JavaScript and other tools.
• Strong design eye and ability to fix/update code as needed to maintain consistency across the company’s marketing properties.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.                                

• Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
