Full-Time Home Care Caregiver St. Louis, MO Schedule: Flexible, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends Position Overview: The Floater Caregiver/Home Care Aide plays a crucial role in supporting the common goals of our office by managing day-to-day operations. This dynamic position involves a blend of personal care duties (95%) and office assistance (5%). As a Floater, you will need to be available to cover shifts at a moment's notice, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the office team regarding scheduling and client needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to cover shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
