Job Description

Transition Home Healthcare The PART TIME Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for assisting with sourcing, recruitment, and selection of new employees and internal applicants for all Transition Home Healthcare positions, including nursing, therapy, social work, aides, and other positions. Work closely with the Talent Acquisitions Director and will collaborates with People Operations Manager and the leadership team to help develop recruitment strategies.

• Hours: 1pm to 6pm
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: At Houston office (Transition Home Healthcare) 77081

Must Haves for This Role:

• The right person for this position will be an excellent communicator, personable, very well organized, and will have exceptional multitasking skills
• Must have at least 1 year of previous work experience in a medical or healthcare office as Recruiting/ Sourcing in high pace environment Home Health recruiting a plus
• Be tech savvy with strong Microsoft Suite and ATS experience
• Must be organized and pays strong attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent but a Associates Degree or higher is a plus
• Ability to develop a passive candidate pipeline
• Ability to self-manage daily activities and/or high-volume positions
• Knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment laws
• Ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers, including applicants, hiring managers, leadership, and vendors.
