• Patient Volume: 10 patients per day, 1-2 being new
• Support Staff: - 1- clinic RN, 2-MAs, 2-front office clerks, 1-quality analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs
• Duties/Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of Hematology/ Oncology
• Procedures: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies
• 7 infusion chairs
• EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
• Other Info:
- Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside provider.
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active CA License
• BC/BE in Hema & Onco OR BC in Hema or Onco
• BLS, ACLS
• DEA
• Medical Oncology Fellowship
