Join our team at Marriott International as an Experienced Kitchen Manager ! We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our culinary operations and ensure the highest quality dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and update menu offerings.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Payrate:
Starting between $18-$19/hr depending on eperience.
