Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as HR Workday Analyst. You will support the Sr HRIS Analyst with Workday HR suite JIRA tickets and testing.  Must have 3+ years testing experience and 2+ years’ Workday experience, familiar with JIRA ticketing system and HR processes.

 

Job Description

  • Create test cases and test scripts for Company’s Workday HR Suite
  • Analyzes testing results and logs results on JIRA tickets
  • Maintain and manage Workday regression test cases
  • Assists with Workday release full regression testing
  • And other duties assigned

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years testing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday HR Suite experience
  • Planning, analysis and implementation skills
  • Experience with complex reconciliations and reporting
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Degree in computer science or related field

Essential functions

  • Execute test scripts related to HR related JIRA tickets
  • Participates in user acceptance testing, and work directly with Sr HRIS Analyst
  • Apply experience with complex reconciliation strategies and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Additional Requirements

  • Most job duties can be performed remotely (Must know how to use Teams app)
  • May select a hybrid work schedule of set days to work remote and on-site or choose to work on-site 100% of the time
