Job Description

Peerless-AV is looking for a two-four week Data Entry Clerk for our Human Resources Department (or as long as the project takes). This position will work from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, alongside our HR team. Work will require onsite work at our Corporate Headquarters located in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and UKG Ready Payroll System is preferred.
• Confidentiality is a must.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper formats into our company’s digital database
• Transfer data from one Payroll System to another Payroll System
• Ensure all data is error-free, backed up, and stored safely
• Identify and solve any data entry-related issue
• Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data

Pay

• $18/hour
