This role is pivotal in overseeing our HR functions with a specific focus on managing 401K and payroll processes. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. * Manage 401K administration, ensuring compliance with regulations, accurate record-keeping, and providing employee support. * Handle payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current regulations and best practices. * Partner with leadership to support organizational development initiatives and foster a positive company culture. Requirements: * Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on 401K and payroll management. * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
