Job description:

• Installing, adding on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Teaching and instructing Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas.
• Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating with homeowners.

The Requirements

• Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work.
• Customer Service Oriented.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License & Must have a driver's license for three years or longer.
• 2+ Years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market.
