We are seeking an Import/Export Contract Administrator for a 3-to-4-month assignment on first shift. You will work well in a project team and can communicate technically with other team members. You will work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Duties:

Create a document set applicable to this contract that will facilitate payment for the delivered equipment
Prepare paperwork based on contract and port of entry
Read and understand the portions of an equipment supply agreement pertinent to the delivery of the equipment
Review and correct documents to ensure compliance with the contract and the conditions of payment
Train other in proper procedures, general and collection of documents and form to facilitate payment
Prepare accurate reports for upper management and project teams and attend weekly status meetings
Work closely with Project Managers to keep them informed of any issues that may prevent or delay payment

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years Contract Administrative experience
Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel with experience in SAP/ERP Systems
Must know imports, exports, and incoterms
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive schedules and deadlines
Must be able to work well with all levels within the organization
Must have strong communication and organizational skills while having a professional attitude
Must be motivated, able to pay a high attention to detail, while taking ownership of assignments
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to travel to other locations
