Core Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-resolution images of all vehicles in inventory, including exterior, interior, and key features, ensuring consistent and professional quality of images.
  • Utilize proper lighting and staging techniques to highlight vehicle attributes effectively.
  • Edit and retouch photos as needed to improve visual appeal and accuracy.
  • Ensure that images meet dealership standards and are consistent with branding guidelines.
  • Review and verify that all vehicle photos are clear, correctly framed, and free from distractions.
  • Maintain acceptable production time from vehicle arrival to photo upload.
  • Organize and categorize photos systematically for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that photos remain up-to-date with inventory changes.
  • Maintain and care for all photographic equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
  • Stay current with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
  • Adhere to dealership policies and procedures for vehicle photography and image management.
  • Ensure compliance with any industry regulations related to automotive photography.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in automotive photography or a related field.
  • Proficiency with photographic equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality vehicle photography.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for capturing attractive vehicle imagery.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a dealership environment or with automotive photography is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
