What Will You Be Doing?

You will play a key role in launching this new product under the Decentralized Masters brand. With over 3,000+ active customers and an estimated 10,000+ by the end of 2025, we have the distribution for an organic launch with fast iteration. Demand for this SaaS tool comes directly from our existing customers. You will start in a hands-on development position, working directly with our Co-Founders, who have extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Investment & Finance, and have generated over $100 million in revenue combined.

As the Lead Developer, your primary focus will be to drive the technical development and implementation of our crypto estate planning and portfolio management software. 

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development:

• Architect and build or implement a private key management solution
• Lead the initial development efforts, coding and implementing features to bring our vision to life.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for cryptocurrency estate planning and portfolio management.
• Focus on building a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform that meets our customers' needs.

Strategic Planning:

• Define and prioritize the software development roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments based on market trends and user feedback.

Technical Oversight:

• Lead architecture design and technology stack selection.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the software platform.
• Oversee security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Performance Management:

• Track and drive user adoption rates within the first year of platform launch.

Requirements

What will you bring?

Experience :

• Real world experience with building private key management solutions
• Proven track record in software development, with the ability to lead and grow technology teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.

Education :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferable) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Leadership: Potential to grow into a leadership role, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
