We're looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, team player and highly motivated licensed esthetician who are up to date on the most effective treatment trends and traditional methods while putting their clients first, focusing on personalized treatments and ensuring each treatment is tailored to the client's specific needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and facial service to all guests.
• Communicate and complete a comprehensive Skin Analysis of each guest to better understand the needs of their skin today and in the future.
• Be knowledgeable about various esthetic techniques and modalities.
• Provide customized and personalized facials to guests through a deep understanding of ingredients and product knowledge.
• Analyzing the guests needs and designing a treatment plan to suit them best.
• Ensure that the guest’s experience is seamless, and every treatment is 5*.
• Demonstrate a strong dedication to providing outstanding treatments and experiences for members.
• Set spa standards for in and out the treatment room. After each treatment, maintain a high level of cleanliness in the treatment room and surrounding areas.
• Continue to meet all state regulatory requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
• Exhibits and articulates positive communication with clients and team members, contributing to healthy employee culture.

Requirements

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License or Active New York State Aesthetics License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Evening and weekend availability a must (Full-time positions)
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, protocols and procedures
