Compensation is competitive, ranging from $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
The family would love a nanny who is calm, adaptable, and proactive, someone who can bring a steady, positive presence into their busy lives. Ideally, this person is comfortable balancing the needs of two young children and open to occasional date night shifts. Throughout the day, the nanny will care for the infant with engaging playtime, reading, and gentle encouragement in developmental activities to help reach milestones like sitting, crawling, and language skills.
