With multiple openings available and a 12-hour night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and become an integral part of our operations. Candidates hired in this role will be eligible for shift bonuses and a signing bonus for fast hires!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Repair Machinery :
  Troubleshoot and repair various industrial machines, including hydraulic systems, robotic arms, and plastic injection molding equipment from manufacturers like Engel, Milacron, and Fanuc.
  
  Example : Diagnose and repair large hydraulic pumps powered by 1000 hp motors to maintain smooth operations on injection molding machines.
• Hydraulics & Robotics Maintenance :
  Maintain and repair equipment such as electric drive motors, hydraulic pumps, and Fanuc robots to support production lines.
  
  Example : Provide expert support in resolving hydraulic control issues to minimize downtime on production equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance :
  Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment according to prescribed schedules, including work on electric motors, compressors, and VFD controls.
  
  Example : Complete routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety across the facility.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting :
  Provide technical support for equipment such as HMI interfaces, injection molding processes, and Fanuc robot teach pendants.
  
  Example : Assist in optimizing machine performance to produce high-quality parts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education :
  
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or a related field preferred.
  
• Experience :
  
• 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in plastic injection molding or hydraulics .
  
• Strong background in hydraulics , electronics , pneumatics , machining , welding , and electrical troubleshooting .
  
• Experience working with OEM equipment such as Engel, Kraus Maffei, Milacron, and Fanuc robots.
  
• Technical Skills :
  
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems and read schematics.
  
• Knowledge of hydraulic controls , electronic devices , and injection molding processes .
  
• Strong understanding of 115V-480V electrical systems .
  
• Physical Requirements :
  
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule .
