At Aetna, a CVS Health Company, we are expanding our Medicare Sales team and are looking for candidates who are looking for an opportunity to become a part of a rapidly growing business segment. The candidate we are looking for will manage sales growth and develop an assigned territory selling our competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage & DSNP products with the Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks County - PA market.

  • The Field Sales Representative will be an ambassador for Aetna Medicare within their assigned territory receiving corporate lead support as well as engage in community event activity to generate leads and referrals using tools from our Medicare Marketing team. Fundamental Components
  • Sells and promotes Medicare products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to individuals and consumer groups, arranging private appointments in the customer's home and making outbound phone calls to prospects.
  • Follow up on new sales leads, referrals and conducts own prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Qualifies and educates prospective members on product, pricing and services and assists with enrollment.
  • Identifies opportunities within assigned territory through relationship building with contracted medical providers, senior organizations and other community leaders and educates on our Medicare products.
  • Identifies and pursues opportunity to cross-sell value-added products such as dental and vision.
  • May aid existing members with service issues
Required Qualifications
  • Medicare experience/Basic understanding of Medicare/Medicaid
  • Active Health Insurance License or licensed within 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems, learn new process, and product
  • Ability to present to a group of prospects/members
  • Sales experience
  • Team player and ability to maintain a positive work culture

  • Must be able to travel within the designated market 75% (Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks County)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and basic understanding of CRM tools and other sales/marketing tools
  • Prior Medicare sales experience is also preferred but not required

Education - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$48,300.00 - $99,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
