Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel Trainer to conduct five engaging live training sessions, totaling approximately 40 hours, for up to 20 participants per session. As an Excel Trainer, you will deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering Excel topics from basic to advanced levels (Levels 1 to 3). Your role will involve using interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and dynamic presentations to facilitate effective learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Training Sessions: Deliver five live Microsoft Excel training sessions, each lasting approximately 40 hours, to groups of up to 20 participants.
Develop and Present Content: Utilize a blend of interactive discussions, practical exercises, and presentations to cover Excel topics from basic to advanced levels.
Provide Course Materials: Prepare and distribute comprehensive course materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and additional resources to support learning objectives.
Technical Support: Ensure all participants have access to the training sessions and provide necessary technical support to ensure smooth online delivery.
Schedule Coordination: Align the training schedule with the program's timeline and effectively address participants' learning needs.
Requirements:

Certification: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Excel or an equivalent certification is required.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in delivering Excel training, with a preference for experience in virtual environments.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
Technology Proficiency: Ability to effectively use audiovisual aids and online training platforms.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a military or federal setting is a plus.
Qualifications:

Expert Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced features and functionalities.
Engaging Delivery: Proven ability to engage and educate participants through effective teaching methods and interactive content.
