Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management : Supervise the daily functions of the practice to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Staff Coordination : Manage and synchronize the schedules of both medical and administrative staff.
  • Patient Relations : Provide exceptional patient care and service, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
  • Financial Oversight : Handle billing, coding, and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance : Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure the practice meets all legaland regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management : Oversee the procurement and stocking of office supplies and medicalequipment. Qualifications:
  • Experience : At least 3 years of office management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in medical software,such as E-Clinical Works, is required.
