Job Description

Job Summary: We are searching for a Part-Time RN at Senior Helpers – Greater Richmond to conduct RN assessments in the comfort of the client's home, in accordance with orders and plans of care established by our organization. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time, hourly position. The pay rate is $60 - 70/hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Conduct RN assessments on clients
• Enter client assessment information into software used by our company
• Monitor for changes in client's condition and report and document relevant information
• Assist with the development of an individualized plan of care for each assigned client
• Supervise and evaluate performance of staff and intervene when appropriate
• Oversee assigned care levels, services and performance improvement activities
• Provide advice and education to clients and family members on disease process, treatments, medications, and nutrition
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals
• Ensure cases are managed within defined productivity standards
• Participate in quality assurance activities, such as client conferences and care plan reviews
• Participate in the orientation and mentoring of newly hired staff

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in Virginia
• 3+ years of professional nursing experience
• Well-developed problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in the use of computers, internet applications, and software
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
