Job Description

Take charge of all financial and accounting activities focusing on:

1. General Accounting Management

• Craft impactful monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly closes and efficient customer collections.
  
• Maintain internal controls, streamline processes, and lead external audits.
  
• Oversee payroll, tax compliance, and develop a top-notch finance team.
  

2. Job Cost Management

• Review job costs and collaborate with managers to optimize operations.
  
• Lead financial reviews, track KPIs, and enhance inventory management.
  
• Oversee annual inventory and minimize production impact.
  

3. Financial Planning and Analysis

• Drive ad-hoc analyses, annual budgets, and forecasts.
  
• Calculate ROI for capital projects, and manage cash flow.
  
• Monitor sales, EBITDA, and working capital targets with regular updates.
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance required. MBA desirable.

CPA preferred.

7+ years in a manufacturing environment. 

Cost Accounting Standards.

Demonstrated leadership skills.

Continuous Improvement experience required.

Government Contracting experience preferred.
