Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary contract coordinator for community investment partners (contracted programs) and is responsible for the implementation of program accountability development, including the provision and coordination of contract and performance-related training. The position is integral to the organization’s continuous quality improvement (CQI) process and will work with Program and Procurement staff to develop performance measurement and reporting protocols. The position requires familiarity with data analysis and management information systems. May also train and supervise an intern.

Example Activities:

  • Coordinate community investment partner contract training.
  • Develop capacity-building/technical assistance initiatives and objectives, with joint oversight of any entities retained to perform these functions.
  • Assist in the development of program metrics and reporting dashboards for continuous learning and quality improvement, including operational tools to support the Program Performance team.
  • Perform statistical analyses of program data relevant to the service delivery impact and larger system of care.
  • May supervise Data Science Intern, under the direction of the Director of Programs.
  • Identify and/or create, as appropriate, assessment tools to measure program impact over time (e.g., resiliency measures, literacy gains, program satisfaction, etc.) and identify best practices.
  • Develop and maintain data collection tools to capture individual participant and program data.
  • Participates in on-site program observations in conjunction with the Program Performance team.
  • Maintain an annual work calendar of provider milestone contract dates, events, and visits.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years or more relevant experience.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

The employee performs work in a normal office setting within a reasonable environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform local and non-local travel. Compensation:

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits available immediately. The salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 plus benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
