Amentum is working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to design and develop a formal certification program for Counter Threat Finance (CTF) analysts. The intended audience for the certification program is, the DoD threat finance analysts, the DoD all-source analysts, and then any other personnel from DoD and other agencies who qualify for the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP).

In support of these efforts Amentum is seeking Psychometrician, to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency in the creation and oversight of the Threat Finance Certification Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and data collection on many assets in the Intelligence field to build and create a certification program

  • Study Counter threat Finance and All Source Analysis extensively before creating and performing any certification programs and exams

  • Design, development, coordination, and management of a DoD CTF credential/certification program

  • Ensure that the certification tests designed provide accurate and reliable results

  • Write and deliver reports on the findings of research and testing to internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and administration of the certification program. This may include certification activities as part of a mobile team

Requirements:

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret/ SCI Government Security Clearance

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience or a Masters degree with five (5) years of relevant experience including experience in:

  • Quantitative analyses and measurement

  • Critical thinking

  • Statistical and mathematical analysis data

  • Development/design of test specifications

  • Administration scoring interpretation and reporting

  • Working in/with teams

  • Working knowledge of psychometric theory

  • Research methodologies

  • Statistical analysis techniques

Desired Skills:

  • DoD experienced is highly desired

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $144K - $152K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
