The Residential Cleaner position provides exceptional customer service to all clients. Residential Cleaners are also responsible for providing thorough, safe, efficient, and effective cleaning. *** No experience? No worries, We offer a paid full week of training! (Training Schedule M-F 9 am-5 pm)***
This role will consist of fieldwork at clients’ homes. This role must also have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We currently service Minneapolis/St. Paul & the first ring of suburbs! 

We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm - No nights or weekends & our commercial clients from 4pm-12am (25hr. Minimum) + Sunday (flex) / Hybrid hours: 10am-10pm (breaks are planned and scheduled) 

We offer the following positions:

• Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum + Benefits!
• Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum (Flexible Hours, Friday's are a must)
• Cover Cleaner- ON CALL / covering fellow Betty shifts (25 hours minimum) *perfect side hustle.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner
• Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
• Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager 
• Participate in quarterly team meetings
• Visit the Refill station as scheduled (to pick-up/drop-off supplies)
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Attend company meetings, events and model Two Bettys company values and mission is expected

Earn a living wage!

• We start our cleaners at $18.50 an hour.
• Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment!

CASH TIPS ARE ALWAYS ENCOURAGED! WE ASK OUR CLIENTS TO TIP OUR CLEANERS DIRECTLY. 

 

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
• Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
• Active Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
• House shoes- Slip-resistant is encouraged.
• Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).

Physical Requirements : 

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely 
• Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations

 

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:

• You want to learn techniques, and practices of professional green cleaning.
• You can provide a one-year minimum commitment.
• You have availability to work between 25-40 hours per week.
• You can meet the physical demands of a labor-intensive job day in and day out.
• You enjoy helping people and can provide a top-notch customer experience.
• You are consistent and dependable.
• You desire to work independently but are comfortable asking for support.
• You’re great with pets (a plus, not required).
