We are seeking SharePoint and Web Development Consultants with experience working with Federal clients. If you have excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering innovative information technology (IT) and financial management solutions, you'll thrive in this role. You will collaborate closely with team leadership and client staff to support the Federal Government's mission of public service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Consultant, you will actively engage in various aspects of projects based on your interests, skill sets, and client needs. Key responsibilities include:
Utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online to create an engaging user experience, enhance efficiency through business process automation, and support data-informed decision-making.
Serving as the data steward for project and client personnel.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, enabling them to deliver flexible solutions while considering the operating environment and the success criteria established by each client.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in different project areas according to your strengths and opportunities. Essential knowledge and skills for this role include:
Understanding of Event-Driven System Oriented Architecture.
Familiarity with Office 365 Out-of-Box Capabilities.
Knowledge of data formats, including tabular, JSON, and XML.
Expertise in Advanced ETL Process Design, including Error/Un-Happy Path Handling.
Skills in Data Normalization, Contextualization, and Qualification.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of professional experience; OR
Master's in Business Administration, Public Administration/Policy, or Information Management, with 1-3 years of professional experience.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially advanced SharePoint experience.
Previous experience with the Federal Government is strongly preferred.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to share knowledge.
