Job Opportunity Special Education Teacher Temp-Perm FT $33-$35/hr. Onsite, Aston, PA
Join our team of inclusive educators! We have immediate openings for Special Education Teachers across all our programs who can bring their unique ability to inspire students with diverse learning needs.

A day in the life of a Special Education Teacher:

• Assist in providing an appropriate individualized programs in the least restrictive environment
• Aid students with the development of academic and interpersonal skills along with activities of daily living
• Supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas
• Developing lesson plans and delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines
• Collaborate with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues
• responding to a wide range of inquiries from students parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress

What you will need:

• Valid PA teaching certificate in Special Education
• Dual certification in special education and content area(s) preferred
• Ability to work effectively and regularly with a computer and computer programs
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to function independently
• Flexible, reliable and passionate
• Experience working with students with special needs preferred
• Current Child Abuse History Clearance
