Job Description
- Job Title: Senior Test Analyst
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Duration: 2 years
- Project: Pension Solution - a new pension administration system replacing multiple outdated legacy systems
- Responsibilities: User Acceptance Testing, test management, test case development, management of test planning and scheduling, participation in defect management, metrics compilation and reporting, process development, and documentation
- Minimum Technical Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Test Analyst with large organizations on software/systems/applications automation
- Experience in planning business analysis tasks, requirements elicitation and documentation, working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in preparing test plans, test cases, documenting test results, and regression testing
- At least 7 years of experience in producing business analysis and testing deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, non-functional requirements, stakeholder requests, test strategies, test plans, test cases, transition plans, traceability matrices
- At least 3 years of experience using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as HP ALM, Rational Requisite Pro, or Jama
- Desirable Technical Qualifications:
- Experience as a Test Analyst at a State or Federal agency
- Experience in the technical implementation of pension/retirement-related software development projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
- Pension knowledge
- Ability to adhere to the hybrid working model by working on-site 2-3 days per week at Clients Headquarters, West Sacramento, CA.
