Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition for Senior IT Roles: Recruit candidates for senior-level positions across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, planning and governance, and data management.
Collaborative Hiring Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with departmental goals, adjusting efforts based on specific needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting: Source, screen, and prepare a list of top candidates for a range of technical roles.
Thorough Screening & Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to identify the most qualified candidates.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest industry trends to ensure candidates are evaluated with up-to-date standards.
Network & Brand Promotion: Actively network with potential candidates, showcasing our brand to attract top IT talent.
Database Management: Build and maintain a candidate database to keep a pipeline of strong potential hires.
Job Posting: Write and post detailed job descriptions on industry job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
Strategic Conversations with Hiring Managers: Stay updated on tech trends to support strategic hiring conversations with managers.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support recruitment objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably in an agency setting.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with IT roles and requirements, and ability to communicate technical job requirements.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and other audit tools; experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
Sales/Business Development Experience: Background in sales, business, or client development is valuable.
Leadership & Teamwork: Proven initiative and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Networking Expertise: Ability to build relationships and establish a professional network.
Recruitment Tools: Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other recruitment platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Work Environment:
Location: Based at our national office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Hybrid Schedule: This position requires 3 days in the office and allows for 2 days of remote work each week.
Contract Duration: 7-month contract role.
